I got referred to Gideon and the Autumn Air team by a neighbor and honestly, it feels like I struck gold.
We had gone through a few HVAC contractors that were exorbitantly expensive or were slow, or both.
We had had an electrical storm fry our mini split units, so Autumn was the third vendor who came in to look at them. And the only one to offer an honest path forward for repair / replacement.
Gideon is the ideal vendor. He’s responsive, honest, and what I really appreciate is, he takes his time to explain everything to you. I always had a very forthcoming perspective on what to expect, best practices for maintenance, everything. It’s a quality we’re trying to find in all our home repair / renovation vendors, and I’m so glad we found them. Honestly, have absolutely nothing negative to say. Work was always done super well, everything cleaned up and tidy, lots of respect for our house, my wife, etc (you’d be surprised at how much this is not a thing). You could tell the crew really cared about the quality of their work and it shows.

Gideon and Tony were amazing! They were super responsive and a pleasure to work with. They come out on an emergency call when our air conditioner broke on the same day. They located the components to replace the units quickly and installed it within days saving our summer! I highly recommend them!

What can I say. Will run out of room with this posting. Autumn air, Gideon have been lifesavers for us. They rescued a malfunctioning air conditioning unit on the hottest days of the year. Got us up and running and cool again within a 24-hour phone call.
If a new system is in order they will definitely be handling the job. Highly recommend.
